Initial 10 minute consultation is free of charge
Individual therapy session of 50 minutes is $175
Individual therapy sessions of 50-90 minutes are prorated at the rate of $250-$350
Couples/ Family therapy session of 50 min is $175
Therapeutic consultation (check-ins via phone or video) for 30 minutes is at the rate of $100.

Immigration Evaluation is $1500. Rush fee: $300. Travel Fee: Varies by location.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Payments are accepted in cash or credit card through client portal

OUT-OF-NETWORK PROVIDER

I am currently accepting Kaiser Permanent members. The process to be seen is to firstly contact Kaiser and inform them that you would like to be seen by an outpatient provider. They will either set you up for an appointment with a qualified mental health professional or you can request to be seen by a therapist. At this time you can provide them with my name in order to get placed on my appointment list.

If you have any other insurance coverage, I am also an “out-of-network” provider. I do provide client with a monthly “super bill”, statement of payments, at the end of the month, which you can submit to the insurance company for reimbursement. It is your responsibility (not that of insurance) to cover the expenses of each service.

Because insurance companies differ in coverage, it is important that you ask the

following questions:

§ Do I have mental health benefits with my insurance coverage?

§ Do I have out of network benefits?

§ What is my deductible and has it been met?

§ How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

§ What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

§ Do I need authorization/approval from my primary care physician in order to qualify for services to be covered?
