Immigration Evaluations

I’m a psychotherapist specializing in psychological evaluations for immigration cases. With my approach, I tailor the assessment to the particular needs of each case, including:

·      Asylum Cases

·      Extreme Hardship Cases

·      U-Visa and T-Visa Cases

·      VAWA Cases

​I am currently meeting with clients via videoconference, and for their convenience, I also accept credit cards and have experience working with interpreters.

The evaluation is an in-depth report, averaging 10-12 pages in length. This requires two (2) meetings, each meeting lasting approximately 1.5 hours. The timeframe for the report is approximately 4 weeks after the completion of the second interview. A rush fee of $300 is available if a quick turnaround is requested. A travel fee may be requested if the client is requesting an in-person meeting, which can take place at the attorney’s office or at the client’s location of choice.

• The full fee, $1500, is due 48 hours in advance to the appointment via billing link, or the appointment will be cancelled.
